Giving
Giving and stewardship are important disciplines in the life of a believer. There are many ways in which we can give—through seving and giving of our time, talents and finances. This section of our site is all about financial giving and provides the opportunity for you to contribute online.
Consistently giving to God’s kingdom is a bold step of faith and we know that many of you have questions regarding what the Bible says about money and giving. We encourage you to read our Giving Questions section, open up your Bible and study the verses referenced. We have also made available to you some of Cal's messages that teach on money management and giving, using biblical principals.
Giving Options
Weekend Giving
At each of our weekend services in Mesa and Gilbert there is an opportunity for people to give. For your convenience, offering envelopes are available for your tithes and offerings. Simply place cash in one of these envelopes, write your name and full address on it and put it in the giving satchel during any weekend service. If you place cash or change in the giving satchel it is considered an anonymous gift and will be put in our general fund. If you are giving via check there is no need to use a giving envelope unless you would like to designate your tithe and/or offering. Please ensure that the information on your check is correct so that we can record your contribution to your giving account.
In-Service Credit/Debit Card Giving
The option to complete a credit/debit card giving transaction is also available. A card located in the seat back pocket in front of you can be completed, placed in a giving envelope and put in a satchel as it passes or can be placed in a giving box, located in the lobby. The card must be completely filled out and signed in order for us to process your gift. We do not encourage you to use your credit card to give a financial gift unless you plan to pay off the amount in full when the payment is due. Proverbs 22:7
Online Credit/Debit Card Giving
At Central you also have the option to set up an online giving account. You may set up a one-time or recurring contribution from a credit or debit card. You may choose to have the contribution withdrawn from your account weekly, biweekly or monthly. Click on the Online Giving link to set up your online account. You may manage your giving through this online system at anytime. We do not encourage you to use your credit card to give a financial gift unless you plan to pay off the amount in full when the payment is due. Proverbs 22:7
Benefits of Online Giving
The Bible indicates giving is to be a "first" and not a last or leftover matter in life. Read Proverbs 3:9-10. It is easy to let our priorities shift because of expenses and billing cycles. Remember, God is faithful and will supply all of your needs-just as He promised.
Online giving can be a tool that allows you to stay on your budget. Our giving system gives you the flexibility to set up a one time payment or an automatic recurring payment on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or yearly schedule.
Our online giving system allows you the ability to make a contribution anytime, anywhere—24/7. It also makes it very easy to designate to our general, missions, benevolence, and building funds. You can also see your past contributions made via the online system. There is no waiting for a contribution statement in the mail.
